Snow Day

So Mommy and I had a fun day on Thursday. It snowed so much that she stayed home from work. We had a snow day! We cleaned the room, went through the books so Mommy doesn't have so many. I even got to eat at the tall table and have a snack while sitting on my bed watching Cars! It was such a fun day!

Saturday night we went over to Kirby's house and had supper. I ate beef and mashed potatoes. They tried to give me broccoli and cauliflower! YUCK! After supper I got to run around and wrestle with Mr. Dave. Boy was I tired after that!

Sunday I went to church and met this really cute girl sitting in front of me with her Mommy and Daddy.. I did not catch her name but she was flirting with me all the way until Mommy took me back to the play room... Thanks Mom... I missed my opportunity to get her digits for a play date!

Throughout this whole last week I have been walking everywhere outside! Sometimes I will put on my rain boots and play on the deck with Grandpa. (Grandpa even put me in my swing... I wasn't too sure about that!) Mommy lets me walk out to the car after school too.... as long as I am holding her hands. I am unsure about going up steep driveways though, like Kirby's.. they are tricky. They tend to make me confused and I trip on them so I hold Mommy's hand on the way up.

A "Poopy" Week

I had so many adventures this week! Last Saturday I went grocery shopping with Grandma and Grandpa but my tummy was not feeling so well. I had a really really bad diaper and Grandma had to go buy me new clothes. It was running down my leg and dripped on the floor. My tummy did not feel good all weekend.

Monday I got to spend a few hours with just Grandpa! Mommy had to work so Grandpa watched me. My tummy was still not feeling well so there were a lot of really bad diapers for Grandpa to change. One time I couldn't hold it in long enough and Grandpa was not quick enough with the new diaper. Oops... sorry Grandpa.

Friday I got to go to a really fancy place called Romano's. Everyone was there! We were celebrating Ali and Garrett's birthdays. I even got to try kalamari. (I am not sure if I like it or not...) There was no changing table in the bathroom so Mommy had to change me on a cold floor. I did get to walk back to the table instead of Mommy carrying me. That was fun.

Saturday Mommy took a day off from work and went with Grandma, Grandpa and me grocery shopping. It was a lot of fun but it took me a little bit to figure out why Mommy was with us. :P After grocery shopping we went and got a car wash. I was so tired after shopping that I fell asleep in the car. When I woke up these GIANT blue things were hitting the car. I had no idea what they were. When the giant blue things stopped these people opened our car doors and cleaned off the seals. I kept looking at them but they would not close the door. Grown up do such weird things!

Today Mommy went ice skating at an indoor rink. When she got home she told me that in a year and a half I can start skating too! They have toddler skating lessons. Mommy is going to sign me up so I can be a hockey player some day! :) I can't wait to go ice skating with Mommy!
